Sri Lanka Festival 2006 was held at Yoyogi park, Tokyo on the 14th and 15th of October. Sri Lanka Association in Japan, as the umbrella organization of other organizations of Sri Lankans in Japan, was one of the main sponsors of this event. |

The prize awarding ceremony of SLAJ mini cricket tounament was held at Sri Lanka festival at Yoyogi park, Tokyo on the 15th October, 2006. The tournament was held on the 1st October, 2006 at Koiwa Cricket Grounds, Edogawa ward, Tokyo. |

SLAJ mini cricket tournament concluded successfully on 1st October 2006 at Koiwa cricket grounds. This event was organised by the SLAJ sports committee and there were about 17 teams interested although 8 teams who applied first got the chance to compete. Yattagima, Saitama Sri Lanka cricket club was the winner. |
